If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help! Ravenol USA LLC offers returns within 30 days of purchase. You may return your product for store credit, exchange it for a different product, or receive a refund to the original payment method.

Exceptions to our Return and Refund Policy

  • Discounted or Sale Items: Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with labels, and show no visible signs of wear or use.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request a Return: Send us an email to sales@ravenol-usa.com with an enclosed Return Form.
  2. Receive Your Return Confirmation: We will email you a return confirmation.
  3. If the Return is Due to Our Error: (e.g., incorrect item sent, damaged goods) We will email you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions.
  4. If the Return is Not Due to Our Error: (e.g., change of mind) We kindly ask that you return the items at your own cost to the following address:
